Richard Marquis President / Broker Richard Marquis has over 15 years of experience managing, leasing and financing real estate in the state of California and throughout the United States.  Mr. Marquis is a Real Estate Broker and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.  Richard earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BS cum laude in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.

Elizabeth Marquis Mortgage Loan Consultant Elizabeth Marquis has over 10 years of experience in originating and processing Conventional, FHA, and Sub-prime mortgage loans in the state of California.  Mrs. Marquis is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the State of California and is fluent in both English and Spanish.  The high percentage of her returning customers and their referrals is representative of her exceptional customer service skills.

Elpidio Estolas Marketing Manager Elpidio Estolas has over 14 years of marketing, business management, and business consulting experience.  He has started and successfully run two of his own businesses and has helped other businesses in phases from startup to profitability in California and in Europe.
